FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment for the Saket clinic?
An appointment is recommended so that you are seen on time. Send a request online or on WhatsApp and Dr. Sarthak will confirm your slot. The Saket OPD runs Monday to Friday, 6–8 pm.
What does “valid 5 days” mean for the clinic fee?
The Saket consultation fee includes one free follow-up visit at the same clinic within 5 days, for example to show test reports.
Can I get a prescription after an online consultation?
Yes. After a video or audio consultation you receive a prescription on WhatsApp or email, following India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Some medicines cannot be prescribed online, and some problems need an in-person examination.
Is an online consultation suitable for an emergency?
No. For chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms or any life-threatening problem, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your current medicines (or photos of the strips), previous prescriptions and any recent test reports. A list of your questions helps too.
